I developed a passion for cake decorating from watching family members create memorable masterpieces, and watching all the cake shows on TV.

I had made some cakes during high school and college but when I moved to New York I got an internship at a cake studio in Brooklyn and was really able to hone my craft.

I have always loved a challenge and respected precision, so baking anything finicky (like macarons!) became an obsession!

I put everything I have into every cake and every bake and I never compromise on putting out the best product possible.
